RPC ryeX Trip Registration and Refund Policy

One of the best ways to build close relationships with others and with God is retreats, camps, and mission trips. This is the financial policy for ryeX in regard to events like these.

To register for a trip all you need to do is bring/mail a check to Sally Heneghan, our Discipleship Ministry Program Assistant. You may pay either a deposit of $200 or the full amount. Within two weeks of the departure, you will receive a letter and packing list depending on the nature of the trip.

We will have varying prices for trips based on time of payment. For example the ski trip is $350 if paid before December 1st and $400 if paid after December 1st. If you put down a deposit by the early bird deadline, you secure the early bird price. N.B. your child will not be registered until a $200 deposit is received.

Refund policy will be as follows: a refund minus the deposit will be given back if requested at least one month prior to event date. If a refund is requested after the one month point and we are unable to fill the spot, there will be no refund.

*PLEASE KNOW THAT if there is ever a time when your child desires to go on a trip and it is not financially possible, contact me, Jeff Davis via jeff@roswellpres.org.
